The interaction we give with our puppies is one important factor that sets us apart. We want puppies to be accustomed and wanting human interaction by the time they go to their new home. We get them accustomed to loud noises , adult dogs, and cats at an early age. They are very well socialized to many stimuli.

Yes all puppies are microchipped and If your puppy is ever found outside of your care the chip can be scanned and your contact information will be provided. PLEASE DO THIS IMMEDIATELY WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR PUPPY!!!

1. In Person Pick Up: We welcome you to pick up in person!! You are welcome to drive in and take your pup back with you. We always love this option just because we get to meet you and show off our home! 2. Fly In And Pickup : Many families fly into Huntsville International (HSV) and take their pup back in the cabin with them. Often you can find very reasonable flight rates. We will deliver the puppy to the airport to you. We do not do deliveries to Birmingham International. 3. A Puppy Nanny: This type of service is also an option. Ground Shipping with a pet transport service. We do NOT ship via air cargo since the safety and well-being of our pups is of utmost concern.

Please do not send us a deposit until you give us a quick phone call first so that we may get to know you and allow you to ask us any questions that you may have. NOTE: We do not take final payment until you pick up your puppy in person via the airport or at our kennel. A deposit of $200 will reserve your puppy. Your deposit will go toward your total purchase price. EXAMPLE: If your puppy is 2100 your remainder balance at pickup will be 1900. ​ ​IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: Our deposit policy: Non-Refundable Deposit: 1. The Buyer acknowledges that the Deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including situations in which the Buyer decides they do not wish to acquire or are unable to accept, a current or future puppy. Upon receipt of the deposit, the Breeder agrees to reserve the Buyer’s position for a future puppy or to hold a current puppy for the Buyer until it has been weaned and is ready for pickup. ​ 2. Buyer Acknowledgments: The Buyer further acknowledges and agrees that: (a) The Breeder cannot influence litter sizes, and the wait time for puppies may exceed initial expectations; consequently, no specific timeframe for the arrival of a puppy is promised or guaranteed. (b) The Deposit secures the Buyer’s “pick” position; however, it does not ensure that a puppy will be available within a specific timeframe or that the Buyer’s preferences will be met when it is their turn. The Buyer is willing to wait up to one year for a puppy that meets their preferences. (c) Positions in line are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are not subject to negotiation. ​ 3. Buyer’s Right to Transfer/Refund: Notwithstanding the previous points: (a) If a puppy that matches the Buyer’s identified preferences becomes available at the Buyer’s turn to select from the designated litter (typically around four weeks of age), the Buyer may choose to apply the Deposit to the next litter (for a period of up to one year) and will then be assigned to the bottom of the pick list for that subsequent litter. (b) Once the Buyer has selected or accepted a puppy from a litter, the Deposit may not be transferred to future litters. (c) The Breeder does not and cannot guarantee any specific color traits of the puppy as it matures into adulthood. ​ 4. If the Breeder is unable to provide a puppy that meets the Buyer’s preferences (color and sex) within one year from the placement of the Buyer’s Deposit, the Breeder shall refund the Deposit. ​ - The final payment is to be made in cash at the time of the puppy’s pickup. - The Breeder reserves the right to return the Deposit if it is determined that the Buyer would not be a suitable match for one of the Breeder’s puppies, or if a puppy of the Buyer’s preference cannot be provided within a reasonable timeframe deemed by the Breeder. - Please Note: ***Dogs may naturally change color as they mature due to various factors, including genetics, coat type, and environmental influences. Color changes may occur rapidly and at any time during maturation. The Breeder cannot guarantee the permanent coat color of the dog for these reasons.

We give two rounds of immunizations to our puppies if they are in our care at or after nine weeks of age. Puppy health and safety is are #1 concern. Our puppies are wormed at 2, 4, 6, and eight weeks with Pyrantel Paomate and Safeguard. We give (Parvo Vaccine) at 6 weeks old and again at nine weeks old if the puppy is still in our care.

Yes all our Scotties are AKC Registered. We place all puppies with Limited AKC registration. ( Non breeding rights) Contact us if you are looking for breeding rights.

At about five to six weeks of age, families choose their puppies based on the order in which they place their deposits. The selection is made according to the requested gender and color of the puppies. Once the puppies reach six weeks of age, we send out pictures of each puppy, to everyone who has placed a deposit. Families then can choose their preferred puppy in the order that their deposits were placed. If any puppies are left after all the deposits have been honored, we then inform everyone on our contact list with details of the available puppies for purchase.
